It's hard to describe just how profound a session with Kez is and the changes after it. There's a subtle self-belief that I am enough, that my inner child is safe and loved, and that I can drop the barriers that have kept me unhappily tied to the past. Kez is like a warm blanket in a storm - she skilfully, safely and gently, takes you to places you never knew existed and supports reframing them so you can be who you truly are. 5 stars isn't enough to recommend this experience and amazing practitioner. I began having Hypnotherapy sessions with Kez just recently as I felt like I was in a permanent slumber. I had zero energy, sleeplessness at night, I was overweight and was doing slight anxiety, I needed change, I was feeling depressed. Just after a few sessions I am feeling amazing and on the right track to living my life again and enjoying it! I am having the BEST nights sleep that I can ever remember. Warm, calm, inviting, nurturing, these are the things that come to mind when I think of my session with Kez. I tried Hypnotherapy for the first time and I am into it. It feels totally normal and strange all at the same time. The feeling of releasing something whilst engaging with your subconscious is quite miraculous.
