MY VILLAGE
I live in remote Exmouth, located in the North West of Australia with my husband, two babes and our four legged Choccy girl. Nine years ago we moved to the Cape, choosing a life filled with year round sun and the opportunity to explore all things ocean. Like many, we were only coming for a short while which has now been a long while, lucky us! I love our small community, I love that everyone helps each other out and I love that people look up and say hello. We are so lucky to call this everyday paradise our home.

WHAT I LOVE
As a professional Hypnotherapist, Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Life Coach, Guide & Reiki Practitioner, I love sharing techniques that help my clients discover flow & ease in their everyday life. I love supporting those who are choosing to transform, create change & release unsupportive emotions. I hold clinical membership with with the Australian Hypnotherapy Association & professional memberships with the Association for Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming Association of Australia, International Institute for Complimentary Therapists and I am a registered Hypnotherapist with the Hypnotherapy Council of Australia. I continually study current and best practise to meet continued professional development requirements and maintain all accreditation. In 2020 I went on to complete a Diploma of Modern Psychology. I love partnering Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Coaching to create pre-determined change with clients. Congratulations on choosing YOU!
